Vermont Family network is a family-centered organization serving children and families of all abilities, with a strong commitment to children with special needs. Vermont Family Network (VFN) is a statewide network of support and information. VFN nurtures, supports, and empowers individuals, parents of children of all abilities, and families with children with special needs, to be effective advocates for their health, education, and well-being. We offer connections with other parents, professionals, organizations, and community to achieve better outcomes for families. Parents in our network come back to VFN throughout their child’s lifespan to teach, advocate, and support others and be supported.
