Communicate Across the Generations to Build Relationships with Donors

For the first time in history, four generations are working together in many organizations. So what does that mean for how we communicate and build relationships with our supporters and donors? And what does this suggest in terms of building a fundraising strategy? Marty Jacobs (Systems In Sync) and Mark Scott (eTapestry) offered a lively webinar, Communicate Across the Generations to Build Relationships with Donors on June 30th, to help you expand your communications tool kit and development strategy to motivate audiences of all ages. Tune into this lively webinar or quickly review the slideshow.

I thought the seminar was good, helpful to learn about the 4 generations and how they communicate.
    Thanks,
    Pam

I thought this was condescending. I’m gen y and manage to engage in both board meetings and online discussions. Perhaps the absence of input from gen y made you forget that we are not all children incapable of intelligent conversation, apart from a fun activity that includes wifi, of course.
