Annual funding supports municipal planning projects including town plans and updates, bylaws, and other projects. Grants are available to municipalities with a confirmed local planning process. Municipalities without a confirmed local planning process may only apply for funding to obtain confirmation.
2010 Municipal Planning Grant Awards – The 2010 grant period effectively begins May 20, 2010, at which time grant activities become eligible for payment by the grant.
Municipal Planning Grants will be available for FY2011. Grant applications will be due in the fall 2010. Application details will be announce in late June.
