If you answered YES to these questions, this job may be for you. The United Way of Lamoille County (UWLC) is looking for a Program Coordinator for their New Foundations program (transitional housing).

RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and coordinate individual case plans with local service providers in
the areas of housing, employment and training, education, health care, financial issues, transportation, community service, etc. Work with Oversight Committee to develop alternate
sources of program funding, including grant writing and applying for state and federal funding
opportunities.

This is a part-time, flexible position (20-25 hours/week). Pay commensurate with experience.
A good personality match with existing staff is a huge plus!
