We are searching for a Community Impact Manager who will: facilitate UWCC Impact Teams, working with community volunteers to prioritize issues and recommend investment strategies; convene community initiatives and partnerships to address priorities in the areas of Education and Health; and help implement an organization-wide framework for planning and evaluating UWCC investments.The ideal candidate has strong facilitation and presentation skills; strong written and oral communication skills; knowledge of community resources and the nonprofit sector; experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures; strong organizational and planning skills; experience with successful volunteer management; the ability to juggle many projects and maintain communications with many people and a demonstrated commitment to being a team player.
