Development Manager
The Himalayan Cataract Project (HCP) seeks a dedicated fundraising professional to take primary responsibility for growing HCP’s development capacity and leading the effort to raise a substantial percentage of its $6 million Annual Budget. The Development Manager will support the fundraising activities of HCP’s energetic leaders and coordinate the development work of colleagues by planning and managing all fundraising programs and processes to support HCP’s mission. Operations/Raiser’s Edge Specialist
The Himalayan Cataract Project (HCP) seeks an enthusiastic, well-organized individual to work in all aspects of development and to take primary responsibility for overseeing The Raiser’s Edge development database, including gift/data entry, acknowledgement, reconciliation, reporting, mailing lists, updates and queries. The Operations/Raiser’s Edge Specialist will work closely with the Development Manager to manage, build and expand HCP’s fundraising efforts. Other duties include providing support to HCP staff on a range of duties related to development, bookkeeping, communications and program administration. Opportunities for advancement are unlimited.
