Idea Encore Partners with Good Done Great to Expand NPO Resources

We are thrilled to announce that IdeaEncore.com has found a new home with Good Done Great (www.GoodDoneGreat.com), a B Corporation that provides online solutions for nonprofit collaboration.

Action Requested
Because Good Done Great has acquired the assets of IdeaEncore Network, when you log-in to IdeaEncore.com on or after July 1st, you will be prompted to accept the new “Terms of Service” which reflect the new company name.  All other aspects of file or link sharing, curating your own online resource library and partnering are the same as what you are used to doing.

Why Good Done Great?
Over the past 9 months, we have had fascinating conversations about the future of nonprofit knowledge sharing with a wide range of potential acquirers – both nonprofit and for-profit.

We grew increasingly confident that, under Good Done Great‘s leadership, the  IdeaEncore community would be best positioned to continue purposeful experimentation, to accelerate outreach, to leverage technology for ease of use, and to build exciting partnerships that multiply nonprofit impact.

What’s Next?
Good Done Great is full of wonderful people, doing good work in the nonprofit sector since 2008.  They are well positioned and committed to creating the next generation of nonprofit knowledge sharing platform – having already grown www.NonprofitWebinars.com and www.Grantr.com into valuable tools.

Good Done Great will be keeping the critical ingredients that have made IdeaEncoreone of the largest and fastest growing repositories of nonprofit resources.Together with you, our users and content producers, we are leading a nonprofit knowledge sharing movement. We’ve already shown that nonprofit professionals:

  • Will share information resources that were not previously available broadly,
  • Will download and reuse information resources – both for free and for a fee
  • Appreciate their member organization’s eNewsletters more when they include practical tools/resources
  • Will subscribe to an easy to use tool that allows them, with a click, to add resources they “like” to their online resource library embedded within their organization’s website.

The next step is to bake in 4 years of lessons that we have learned together and a lot of new wiz-bang technology to make it even easier to find, share, and earn.  I am joining Good Done Great as VP of Collective Impact – - responsible for building the knowledge sharing movement and creating partnerships that create more impact than what any of us could achieve alone.
