COTS, based in Burlington Vermont, is currently seeking a full time Program Director to provide clinical supervision to our managers, coordinate planning and evaluation for our social service and housing programs, and function as liaison with our nonprofit partners. Reporting to the Executive Director, this position is a critical and integral part of the leadership team. Masters Degree in Social Work or related field required, as well as a minimum of 5 years experience managing social service programs. Demonstrated excellence in administration and planning also required.
