Office Manager
National Alliance on Mental Illness of Vermont seeks a highly motivated, experienced Office Manager to run day-to-day finance and office operations.  Candidate must be proficient in business accounting software, such as QuickBooks Pro, grant reporting, data management, budgeting and financial reporting. Maintain membership and volunteer databases, website, and social networks.  Position requires excellent writing, organizational, computer, and interpersonal skills; conference planning; ability to adapt to change; and collaborate with volunteers.  Successful candidate will enjoy working in fast-paced nonprofit environment and exhibit strong interest in promoting NAMI Vermonts mission to improve the lives of individuals and families affected by mental illness.  Report to President/CEO. Bachelor’s degree and experience strongly preferred.
