ARTS EDUCATION PROGRAM MANAGER
The Vermont Arts Council seeks an energetic individual to promote high quality arts education in Vermont, focusing on pre K-12. This position is responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating grants and services in arts education and related community grant programs. Partnership development and planning with key organizations and players, and finding creative ways to address issues facing the field are critical. Also manages Vermont’s Poetry Out Loud competition for high schools.
Requires relevant Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years experience, excellent teamwork skills, knowledge of current issues in arts education, good oral and written communications skills, good computer and social media skills.
