VPT is seeking a person to be responsible for the identification and solicitation of grants from foundations and government agencies. This position will develop an annual grant funding plan; research appropriate prospects; maintain excellent on-going donor and prospect relations; and manage gifts and prospect systems and procedures. This position will work with VPT Staff to develop a strategy for the cultivation and solicitation of prospects and grantors, and to maintain compliance with funder specified guidelines and reporting requirements.
Candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years experience in non-profit grant writing, or relevant fundraising experience, and exceptional written and oral communications skills.
