Executive Director, Child Advocacy Center

Windham County Safe Place Child Advocacy Center has an immediate opening for an individual with strong organizational and communication skills for position of Executive Director.  Candidate must work well with an inter-agency multidisciplinary team, communicate effectively with families from varied backgrounds, possess ability to work independently, and understand dynamics of abuse.  Duties include all administrative aspects of running a small non-profit, including grants management, as well as conducting forensic interviews with children.

Qualifications are a Bachelor’s Degree in social work, non-profit management, or related field, with a minimum of two years of experience.  Master’s Degree preferred.  Equivalent experience in a related field may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.  This is a full time position with excellent benefits.
