MIX (Management Ideas Exchange) is a free monthly networking opportunity sponsored by the nonprofit, sustainable business and healthcare management programs at the Marlboro College Graduate School. We invite directors, staff and volunteers of mission-driven organizations to join us at noon every second Tuesday to network, exchange ideas, and learn about best practices in organizational success. Bring a brownbag lunch.

What: This interactive workshop will focus on techniques for conducting an effective staff performance review. We’ll talk about how a performance management process works, where performance reviews fail, coaching a problem employee and legal issues in performance reviews.
