Join us for Leadership Styles, Coaching & Climate on December 7th, presented by Common Good Vermont with the generous support of an IBM Trailblazers Grant. The day-long training is free and open to 50 enterprising leaders.

Leadership Styles, Coaching & Climate is a full-day skills development workshop that focuses on two related areas effecting organizational performance:

• the situational use of leadership styles, with an emphasis on coaching
• the influence a leader has on organizational climate, and the resulting performance

These two topics are the most discussed among leaders as significant factors in leadership development and organizational performance. The workshop utilizes a variety of learning situations to help participants fully understand both topics—including lectures, group discussions, role playing, and assessments.

Leadership Styles, Coaching & Climate can help the organization’s leaders sharpen their skills and explore new areas. The day-long session is an engaging, interactive experience that covers the following topics:

• Effective coaching
• Organizational climate
