Mobius, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to create a culture of mentoring throughout the state of Vermont, is looking for a strategic and visionary leader as it expands its service area to become the state partnership for adult-to-child mentoring.
The executive director of Mobius must have proven success in nonprofit leadership with a well-established track record in fund and board development. He or she will work in collaboration with Vermont’s mentoring programs to achieve the mission of the organization. The executive director will be responsible for substantial first year deliverables, including overseeing the implementation of a statewide mentoring management system and grant administration with programs. Mobius is looking for a leader who has a passion for helping young people; who can advocate effectively for children and mentoring on the national, state and local level; and who can work cooperatively with practitioners in the field.
