Dismas of Vermont, a non-profit organization providing family-style transitional housing for men and women leaving Vermont’s prisons, seeks an energetic, part-time Assistant House Director for work within our Rutland Dismas House.  www.dismasofvermont.org.

The Assistant House Director works with Co-Directors to support residents as they transition from incarceration to the community; operate a well-functioning residential and office facility and to help generate sustaining financial support for the Rutland Dismas House.

Bachelor or Associates degree and two years experience in related skill areas, or equivalent, are required. Excellent interpersonal skills a must for our friendly work environment. Experience should include demonstrated skill in more than one core function area: Database management, office or residential management, work with marginalized populations and fundraising.  Occasional non-traditional hours required.
