Safeline, Inc. seeks a highly motivated, passionate and visionary Executive Director to lead its team of staff and volunteers. Safeline strives to end physical, emotional and sexual violence against women and children through direct service, education, advocacy and social change in Orange and northern Windsor Counties in Vermont.

Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor’s Degree plus 2-5 years of related leadership/management experience in non-profit and/or human services sectors. Applicants must have a proven track record in acquiring financial support through successful grant applications to government, foundation and corporate donors; events; and/or individual donor appeals. Candidates should also possess experience with financial management; program management; staff supervision; and external relations (funders, board members, community partners, media). Candidates who have a demonstrated understanding of domestic and sexual violence are encouraged to apply.

Salary is comparable with similar local organizations and is in the mid-40s. Health expenses are reimbursed at $300 per month.
