The Vermont College of Fine Arts (VCFA) seeks a Director of Enrollment Management. This position supervises all operations and staff of the admissions/financial aid department and reports to the VP of External Affairs. The successful candidate will be a professional of unquestioned integrity with strong analytical skills, have proven talent as a leader with a history of managing change and guiding institution-wide agenda-setting regarding recruitment and retention, as well as possess a record of ensuring ethical practice. The candidate will be an advocate of and articulate spokesperson for the transformative power of arts education. Five years of leadership experience in enrollment management including exposure to financial aid practices is required.
