The Vermont Housing & Conservation Board (VHCB) is seeking an energetic and experienced Project Manager to implement a HUD Healthy Homes Grant. The Healthy Homes Vermont Project will address home health and safety hazards. Responsibilities will include overseeing all operational aspects of the project and working with a variety of other organizations.
Qualifications: Strong knowledge of residential building systems, rehabilitation, maintenance, and potential home-based health and safety hazards; Experience with housing assistance and/or related programs, including administration and financial oversight. Computer skills for word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs. Excellent communication skills.
