LinkedIn and Board Source have launched Board Connect, a program that helps nonprofit leaders find quality professionals to join their boards. Reid Hoffman, co-founder and executive chairman of LinkedIn, shared information about the new program with 2012 BoardSource Leadership Forum attendees prior to the formal announcement. The program provides free access to Talent Finder, a premium account focused on finding top candidates on LinkedIn. To participate, you must be a registered U.S. nonprofit.
