Thanks to Kate McInnis of Cope & Associates for sharing this news.

The State of Vermont has a Request for Information survey out for organization and individuals  interested in assisting the Health Benefits Exchange with in-person enrollment and outreach.  The survey closes on Monday, Oct. 22.

Paul Hochanadel, Director of Operations for VT Health Connect, shared: “The Department of Vermont Health Access is posting a Request for Information (RFI) to inform the development of consumer assistance programs and role of brokers in our Health Benefit Exchange, Vermont Health Connect.  The purpose of this RFI is to gather information from individuals and organizations that may be interested in providing in-person enrollment assistance and outreach and education to individual, families, and small businesses.   We would like to explore the interest, current capacity, and potential capacity of individuals and organizations to provide consumer enrollment assistance.

Please click on this link (https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/VermontHealthConnect) to access the survey, which should take about 20 minutes to complete.   It is not necessary to complete every question, so please fill out as much as possible.    The survey will be closed at midnight on Monday, October 22nd.”
