Results-Based Accountability
Training of Trainers

with Hillary (Boone) Orsini and Kate McGowan
Wednesday, November 30th – Friday, December 2nd | $400 – $450 |  Marlboro Graduate Center, Brattleboro
For four years the team at Benchmarks for a Better Vermont has worked to provide a ladder of training and coaching opportunities to Vermont’s mission-driven sector. From the 18-month, cohort-based Performance Institute, to the 4-Part RBA training series, to 90-minute introduction to RBA sessions, we have built a training model that meets learners where they are and challenges them to build a culture of accountability.Drawing on the  experiences, Kate McGowan and Hillary Orsini of Benchmarks for a Better Vermont will lead a training that guides participants to develop their own skills in results-based facilitation, grounded in RBA processes and tools, and principles of adult learning.

Participants will learn:

  • the basic principles of adult learning
  • how to conduct Results-Based Accountability workshops
  • how to lead training exercises
  • how to help organizations and their leaders put these practices into operation.

The Center for New Leadership at Marlboro College is a community focused on exploring and applying new approaches to leadership. Working with mission-driven individuals, organizations and coalitions, we build leadership capacity throughteaching, coaching and consulting.
