We’ll discuss grant-writing techniques, tips and tricks gained through my many years of preparing grant proposals totaling over $20 million in funding.

You will learn how to locate funding opportunities, find and use pertinent facts and data, and make your proposal stand out in a crowd. We discuss strategies to fully meet common grant application requirements, the importance of proposal appearance,

how to paint a compelling picture of project need, and more.

I share common errors that keep many proposals from getting funded. Participants are welcome to come with actual proposal ideas.

You should be comfortable expressing your ideas in writing.
