The Vermont Foodbank Hunger Action Conference will take place on Friday, May 5, 2017 at the Killington Grand Resort Hotel & Conference Center from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The Hunger Action Conference is a day-long event that brings together over 300 Foodbank partners, other non-profits, state agencies, advocates, business leaders, volunteers, elected officials and concerned citizens to learn about and discuss the charitable food system and the issues of hunger and poverty.

The Vermont Foodbank is accepting proposals for presenters at the Hunger Action Conference; topics can connect with the theme of “Deepening Community” or be related to other themes of hunger and poverty.
The deadline for proposal submissions is by 8:00 a.m. Friday, February 24th.
