Vermont Nonprofits Address Impact of Federal Budget Cuts on 3/23 at the Statehouse

Vermont nonprofits leaders gather at the Vermont Statehouse on Thursday, March 23d to raise awareness about the crucial role nonprofits play in protecting the people and environment of our state. The sector’s annual Legislative Advocacy day includes meetings with new legislative leadership, including Governor Phil Scott, House Speaker Mitzi Johnson and Senate President Tim Ashe and a morning of discussion including briefings and a special mid-morning panel on the impact of Federal budget and policies on Vermonters.
