NEW: Training, Facilitation, and Consulting Certificate

Marlboro Graduate School’s Center for New Leadership Presents:

andyRTraining, Facilitation, and Consulting Certificate

A new certificate for everyone who works with groups.

Are you looking to improve your skills as a facilitator or trainer? Would you like to learn to manage groups more effectively … especially challenging groups facing difficult situations? Do you want to be a fearless teacher who empowers those you work with? Are you starting a consulting practice – or working to strengthen the one you already have?

Here is a great opportunity to master these skills.

Registration Open Now  |  Oct 2017 + March 2018  | Hallelujah Farms, NH

We’ve designed this program for:

  • Employees who provide training and capacity-building in their daily work
  • Independent consultants – especially those working with nonprofits – plus people who are considering consulting as a career
  • Anyone who manages and trains volunteers
  • People who want to provide these services to their own organizations, networks, or coalitions

Our trainers are skilled at meeting the needs of a variety of learners and learning styles. You can expect a combination of instruction, exercises, small group work, writing, problem-solving, role playing, games, and physical activity. Weather permitting, we’ll spend a part of each day outdoors.

We may even move some furniture and reorganize the training room, because that’s what trainers often do.
