If you are, consider joining our team-oriented non-profit based in Hyde Park. We have a full-time position for someone who possesses strong communication skills and a clear sense of boundaries, has hands-on experience with adults involved in the criminal justice system, and embraces a restorative justice philosophy. Responsibilities include a blend of direct work with low level participants in the court diversion program, andintense one-on-one case management with reentering ex-offenders and their support team (through an evidence-based model for reentry called COSA). Services will take place in multiple settings including the office, the courthouse, client homes, prisons, and the community.
